On Saturday, May 17th, we will meet once more on the streets of Krakow to show once again that everyone deserves equality, acceptance and dignity. The Equality March is not just a colorful festivity – it’s an expression of solidarity and opposition to discrimination.

This year’s march will be held under the slogan “Kraków, the City of Polish Queers” – a reference to tradition and a reminder that the LGBTQ+ community has always been a part of this city, has co-created its history and has its place in it.

Moreover, this march is a special one for us – not only because it falls on the International Day Against Homo-, Bi-, Trans- and Interphobia (IDAHOBIT), but also because we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Queer May Association! Ten years of working together for equality, education, and visibility for the LGBTQ+ community!

After the march, we’re not slowing down! An official afterparty awaits at Slay Space and a one-of-a-kind Queer Ball at the National Old Theatre, which will conclude the day in truly royal style. There will be plenty of room for celebration, dancing, and fun.
